Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
