Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Add the dried oregano and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Bring the sauce to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
