  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 Bell Peppers halved and seeded
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Place the halved bell peppers in a baking dish. Fill each pepper with the beef and rice mixture.
  5. Top each stuffed pepper with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
