Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. 3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, garlic, basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
