Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 pc Lemon juiced
- 1 pc Red onion cut into chunks
- 1 pc Bell pepper cut into chunks
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Thread chicken, red onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
