Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion sliced
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 4 pieces Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • ¼ cup Tzatziki Sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with oregano and garlic powder.
  3. 3. Cook chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. 5. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
  6. 6. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  7. 7. Spread a spoonful of tzatziki sauce on each tortilla.
  8. 8. Add sliced chicken and vegetable mixture to each tortilla.
  9. 9. Wrap the tortillas and serve immediately.
