- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- ½ cup Red Onion sliced
- ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 4 pieces Whole Wheat Tortillas
- ¼ cup Tzatziki Sauce
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with oregano and garlic powder.
3. Cook chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
6. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
7. Spread a spoonful of tzatziki sauce on each tortilla.
8. Add sliced chicken and vegetable mixture to each tortilla.
9. Wrap the tortillas and serve immediately.
