Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Egg noodles
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Add the shredded cabbage and julienned carrot, and stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
