Migas con Chorizo Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Stale bread cut into cubes
- 200 grams Chorizo sliced
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and chorizo, cook until the chorizo is browned.
Add the bread cubes and cook until they are crispy and golden.
Pour in the beaten eggs and stir until they are cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
