Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, bell pepper, spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the frittatas are set and lightly golden.
