Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup cooked chicken diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter for cooking

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a bit of butter.
  2. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese and chicken, then top with another tortilla.
  3. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted, then flip and cook the other side.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Cut into quarters and serve.
