  • ¼ cup chopped spinach
  • ¼ cup diced ham

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Stir in cheese, spinach, ham, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until quiches are set and lightly golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
