Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ¼ cup chopped spinach
- ¼ cup diced ham
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Stir in cheese, spinach, ham, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake for 20 minutes or until quiches are set and lightly golden.
Let cool slightly before serving.
