Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves Packed

Instructions 

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add mint leaves and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
  3. Strain the syrup into a jar and let cool. Store in the refrigerator.
