  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Dried Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Miso Paste
  • 1 block Tofu cubed
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
  2. 2. Add the dried shiitake mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the miso paste until fully dissolved.
  4. 4. Add the cubed tofu and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
