Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Water
- 1 cup Dried Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
- 3 tablespoons Miso Paste
- 1 block Tofu cubed
- 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the dried shiitake mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in the miso paste until fully dissolved.
4. Add the cubed tofu and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
