  • 10 leaves Mint fresh
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 oz Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 6 oz White Rum
  • 2 cups Club Soda
  • 1 cup Ice crushed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in a pitcher.
  2. 2. Add the lime juice and rum, and stir well.
  3. 3. Add the club soda and ice, and stir gently.
  4. 4. Serve immediately, garnished with extra mint leaves and lime slices if desired.
