Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced thin
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Coat the chicken slices with cornstarch.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the chicken to the wok and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same wok, add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  6. 6. Return the chicken to the wok and coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
