  • 12 oz Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut mozzarella sticks in half.
  2. 2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry mozzarella sticks until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
