Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with cooked mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
  4. Season the stuffed chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
