Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Toast baguette slices until golden brown.
Top each slice with the mushroom mixture and garnish with chopped parsley.
