Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Toast baguette slices until golden brown.
  6. Top each slice with the mushroom mixture and garnish with chopped parsley.
