Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  4. Add the Arborio rice and stir to coat with the oil.
  5. Gradually add the chicken broth, one ladle at a time, stirring constantly until the liquid is absorbed before adding more.
  6. Continue this process until the rice is creamy and cooked through.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
