Mushroom Thyme Bruschetta
A simple and delicious appetizer featuring mushrooms and thyme on toasted bread.

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a skillet, heat remaining olive oil over medium heat.
Add mushrooms, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Top each toasted baguette slice with the mushroom mixture.
Serve warm.
