Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and thyme to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top each toasted baguette slice with the mushroom mixture. Serve warm.
