  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 cups Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 balls and flatten each into a disc.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry each disc until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
