Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon chopped
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 2 cans Clams with juice
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pot.
  2. Add the diced onion, celery, and potatoes to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the clams with their juice, heavy cream, and milk. Bring to a simmer and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with the crispy bacon.
