Nicoise Salad Recipe
A classic French salad with tuna, hard-boiled eggs, and fresh veggies.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Green beans trimmed
- 4 Hard-boiled eggs halved
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Black olives pitted
- 1 can Tuna drained
- 1 Red onion sliced
- 4 cups Mixed greens
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to ice water to cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
3. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and green beans.
4. Add the tuna and hard-boiled eggs on top.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
