Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green beans trimmed
  • 4 Hard-boiled eggs halved
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Black olives pitted
  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 1 Red onion sliced
  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to ice water to cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and green beans.
  4. 4. Add the tuna and hard-boiled eggs on top.
  5. 5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
