Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream cold

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. 4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. 5. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set. Serve chilled.
