Vinaigrette Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, garlic, and black pepper.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
