Main Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed nuts unsalted
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs mixed
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying
1. In a food processor, blend the mixed nuts until finely chopped.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped nuts, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, minced garlic, soy sauce, dried herbs, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
