Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed nuts unsalted
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs mixed
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, blend the mixed nuts until finely chopped.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped nuts, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, minced garlic, soy sauce, dried herbs, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
