  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well beaten.
  2. 2. Add milk, salt, and pepper to the eggs and whisk again.
  3. 3. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the edges start to set.
  5. 5. Use a spatula to gently lift the edges and let the uncooked eggs flow underneath.
  6. 6. Once the omelette is mostly set, fold it in half and slide it onto a plate.
