  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

  2. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the beef stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
