Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread Preferably sourdough or ciabatta
  • 4 slices Fresh mozzarella
  • 1 large Tomato Sliced
  • 1 handful Fresh basil Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices.
  4. 4. Layer the mozzarella slices on top of the bread.
  5. 5. Add tomato slices on top of the mozzarella.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
  9. 9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
