- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Sage
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
Form the mixture into small patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
