- 6 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, bell pepper, onion, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
