Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Topping

  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix sour cream, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Sprinkle over the batter.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
