  • 1 cup Milk (any kind)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup optional
  • 0.5 cup Fresh fruits for topping

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  2. 2. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  3. 3. Cover the jar or container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. 4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with fresh fruits before serving.
