Pan de Sal Recipe
Traditional Filipino bread rolls, soft and slightly sweet.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 ¼ cup warm milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- Bread crumbs for coating
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
Add warm milk, oil, and egg. Mix until dough forms.
Knead dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
Let dough rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
Punch down dough and divide into 16 pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and coat with bread crumbs.
Place on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
