- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Hot water
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Chopped green onions
Mix flour and hot water until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough into a log and cut into 8 pieces.
Roll each piece into a thin circle, brush with oil, sprinkle with salt, and add green onions.
Roll up each circle into a log, then coil into a spiral and flatten again.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
