  • 2 fillets Salmon skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  4. 4. Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before serving.
