Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Kasuri methi dried fenugreek leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat butter in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a minute.
  2. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  3. Add red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add paneer cubes and kasuri methi. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with naan or rice.
