Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 g Paneer cubed
  • 1 cup Yogurt for marination
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for grilling

Gravy Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate paneer cubes with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a grill pan and grill the marinated paneer until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. 3. In another pan, heat butter and sauté onions until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates.
  5. 5. Add grilled paneer and heavy cream. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with naan or rice.
