Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Chicken Broth low sodium
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Add chicken broth and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine. Return chicken to the skillet.
6. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
