Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Tilapia
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Press each fillet into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Place fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
