Parmesan Garlic Orzo

- 1 cup Orzo
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Stir in the orzo and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
