- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the Brussels sprouts.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy.
