Pasta Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
2. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and olive oil.
3. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes before rolling out.
