Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • 1 can tuna (in olive oil)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup black olives, sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil from the tuna can. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  4. Stir in the tuna and black olives. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Toss everything together.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
