Pav Bhaji Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
- 2 cups Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 2 tablespoon Pav Bhaji Masala
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- to taste Salt
- 8 Pav (Bread Rolls)
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Lemon cut into wedges
Heat butter in a large pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
Add chopped bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add boiled and mashed potatoes, green peas, pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook the mixture on low heat for 10-15 minutes, mashing occasionally with a potato masher.
In a separate pan, toast the pav (bread rolls) with some butter until golden brown.
Garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with the toasted pav and lemon wedges.
