Peach Blueberry Crisp Recipe

Filling
- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold, cut into small pieces
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Add the cold butter pieces and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
