- 4 cups Peaches, sliced
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 cup Self-rising flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches and half of the sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter, flour, milk, vanilla extract, and the remaining sugar until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spoon the peaches and their juice evenly over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
