Filling
- 6 cups sliced peaches fresh or canned
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold, cut into small pieces
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
