Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in peaches.
  4. Heat a griddle over medium heat and grease it lightly.
  5. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
